The Hotel was managed by Hilton International from 1973 ~ Dec. 2002, and re-branded as Caesar Park Taipei as of January 1, 2003.

The 20 floor hotel offers 385 guest rooms, comfortably furnished and fitted with individually controlled air-conditioning, two telephone sets with IDD, internet on TV, Broadband Internet Access, a large writing desk and a sitting area, bedside controls for lighting, a luxurious marble bathroom, and an electronic door lock. All of the rooms' television sets are operated by remote control. It offers a selection of local stations, star TV, and pay TV, free information on service and events can also be found on the pay TV system.
